1. Responsible Budget Growth – Establish a structured cost-per-student increase for the 2027 school year that balances financial sustainability with taxpayer impact, ensuring responsible fiscal management and long-term stability.

2. Mandates & Funding Accountability – Prioritize investments that directly improve student learning and reject unfunded, non-mandated initiatives that drive up costs.

3. Strategic Financial Planning – Implement a five-year budget forecast to anticipate challenges, ensure fiscal sustainability, and proactively manage future taxpayer impact while upholding educational excellence.

Accountability, Transparency & Community Engagement

1. Full Transparency in Governance – Ensure all board meeting materials are available in hardcopy for attendees and online for remote viewers, except for legally protected content (RSA 91-A:3, II).

Transparent Data and Objective Presentations – Ensure all data provided to the community is complete, easily accessible, and both historical and forward-looking where necessary to support informed decision-making and long-term planning. Board presentations should offer a full, unbiased view of information, presenting all relevant facts to support informed decision-making.

3. Comprehensive Access to Board Records – Ensure the community has easy and complete access to both current and historical board decisions, financial reports and presentations. Empower residents with the information needed to make informed decisions and actively participate in governance.
